They keep the pool a lot cleaner than the last place we rented and if there is a problem Tenant they deal with them not like a lot of other places we lived. We are very happy here. Wish they had a clubhouse and gym though

We enjoyed our time here, the management and maintenance were very helpful and professional. It was a great place and a good price with the new baby we just had to have a three bedroom only problem is they only have 1 and 2 bedrooms We’ll miss it

I've lived here for the past 5-6 years, and didn't have any issues except noise issues with people upstairs but that's what you get with living in an apartment. But, ever since the new owners took over the apartments, everything has become terrible. You can't go to them with any issues because they'll be annoyed with you, and won't even respond to numerous messages or calls. They live on the property too! You would think with them living here, issues could be solved very easily but they've taken... offense to anyone showing up to their door. They allow people to smoke in their apartments which is the worst! Bad people move in here all the time and use it as their drug stop, you'll see many people doing deals right out in the parking lot. This place used to be very nice, but the husband and wife do NOT know how to run it. The apartments are overpriced as well. The rent used to be at $700 but they slowly keep raising the price, which is dumb because they're offering nothing better. No upgrades to any of the apartments, and they barely keep up on the yard work.

The funniest thing about these idiots is that they have fake cameras installed around the buildings in places where there could be no spots for any wiring lol. You can find something much better than this place, you'll be very unhappy. Read More
