I had a wonderful experience here at Alvista Sterling Palms apartment they made me feel like a part of the family in the community Denise, the property manager was excellent. Very warm and inviting. Ensure me the properties in the amenities.

Right now I’m happy to be resigning at Alvista Sterling Palms. The community is very quiet, at least where I am. The maintenance office does an amazing job when something is wrong. To be honest my only problem with living here is the fact we have to pay $25 for garbage to be picked up. I never have enough trash for them to take. I feel that paying for garbage pickup, should be an option, not mandatory.

Moving from New York to Florida has been such a refreshing change. Alvista is a beautiful, peaceful community, and I love starting my mornings by looking out at the serene pond from my screened porch. My apartment feels like home, and my cats are so content here, especially watching the birds near the water. It’s truly a lovely environment.
