Grant Square

Some of the Neighbors are nice and the neighborhood is nice. It’s a nice place for the price. Be aware there are German roaches in the place no matter how clean you keep your place. Mold in the bathroom. Landlord who refuses to fix any issue like a broken closet door or a broken window that someone tried to break into in the living room. A maintenance man that goes through your stuff. You can smell everything through the vents when you run the air.

Flushing someone's pet fish out of spite is a horrid thing, and then dropping their dog off at the pound rather than giving it back? Just because the law says you can. Sad. You didn't even give them their belongings but to tell them and the sheriff you chose to flush their fish and would be taking the dog to the pound? Wow. There must be something wrong with you.

I Lived in Grant Square apartments from 2017-2018 and only moved to be closer to my family. Mr. Dan (owner)is a nice gentleman that maintains his complex in good condition.
The neighbors are friendly and cordial to say good morning or hello too, yet they mind their business and keep the neighborhood peaceful & respectable.
The apartments are a bit small but really nice for one person or a couple as well as Affordable.
I wish the Best to Mr. Dan & the Grant Square tenants.
