Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35 per night, which is provided upon request with a minimum stay of 2 nights. A full BBQ propane tank is available upon request for $70 per tank. A "Pack 'N Play Crib" is available for $40 as a one-time fee and a highchair for $40 as a one-time fee. The clubhouse and facilities within the community are currently under construction, so access to those amenities is not available at this time. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool is not assumed. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home.
SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection.
