We would never force our residents to sign a lease.... To ensure transparency, we provide a Statement of Condition at move-in so that any issues or concerns can be addressed promptly. Regarding maintenance issues, we have a dedicated team to address and resolve any appliance or repair requests quickly. We encourage residents to report any problems immediately so we can take appropriate action. If there were delays or unresolved issues, we sincerely apologize and would like to investigate further. Also, we are committed to maintaining clean and well-kept common areas, including the playground. If there were any lapses in cleanliness or maintenance, we regret any inconvenience caused and are taking steps to improve these areas.

Safety is a top priority for us, and we take any reports of criminal activity very seriously. We work closely with local law enforcement to maintain a secure environment for our residents. As for the concerns about the rent increase, it is standard practice to adjust rental rates regularly based on market conditions and property improvements.
