Very shady experience overall. During the application process, Euguine collected a deposit before approval without clearly explaining the refund terms, conditions, or processing timeline. Only after payment was submitted was I informed that it could take up to 30 days to receive a refund.
The lack of transparency and clear written disclosure regarding refundable versus nonrefundable fees was extremely concerning and felt misleading. I strongly advise prospective applicants to request all terms... in writing, keep records of every payment and communication, and carefully review the application agreement before providing any money.
