Coconut Creek city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12 am. There is a $1000 fine for smoking inside the house. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. Late checkouts are available for an additional fee of $150 per hour and require a 24-hour notice. Guests must be 25 and older to rent. A copy of your photo ID must be uploaded within 72 hours of booking or prior to arrival. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway for up to 5 vehicles; parking on the sidewalk, grass, street, or neighbor's property is prohibited. No parties or events are allowed. Any evidence of a party or organized event will result in forfeiture of your stay without a refund. The property may have normal wear and tear, and minor differences from listing images may occur.
