Karanda Village V

I lived here for 33 years. I moved in 1989. It’s a beautiful place that is well kept up. It looks the same now as it did when I moved in. Then the people are nice and friendly and I love the lake view watching all the birds, ducks, squirrels, I will have a pelican I comes every day!
I can’t imagine living anywhere else, even if I won the lottery. I am very happy here.????

Place is great... however the property management and HOA have way too much control.... no more that two cars per unit and restricted visitors pass

I've lived in this Community for over 2 years and I love it! It's a quiet, family friendly neighborhood with great schools. Since going back to college I have not had an opportunity to purchase a home but this place feels like the next best thing. The staff and the neighbors all make this place a wonderful rental. I still have a few more years to go before I am able to purchase my own home but in the meanwhile this apartment has been a great place to call home!
