BEWARE!!! RIP OFF !!!
They charge you double for water and then when you ask to see whaere they are getting the information from they won't show so I had to go through legal. They cahrge you an admin fee coming in and then tell you in the lease they are taking $300 when you move out no matter what from your security. They want you to pay for new appliances. If things are broken down you need to replace them. there are constantly bugs and raoches, so I paid an exterminator to come in. The place is full of mold... even though they tried to tell me it was not. They have a high turnover people are constantly moving in and out. I am finishing my lease as I do not want an eviction.

City Center
Do not waste your time if it’s your first time renting !! Very horrible condition inside and out , they are con people they will take your money moving in and out so I would do more research and read more reviews and you’ll see.. And also trust your instincts

Very shady/ dishonest landlord.
I lived in city center for 1 year. I gave him 62 days notice before i moved out. Lewis said i did not give enough notice. I had to hire an attorney to get my deposit back. Which i did, but i should never had to do that. I always payed before or on time i was never late. Also the apt.had roaches and mice. Which i took care of myself. Because other tenants told me what they use does not work. This man could care less about you after he has your money. There is a 250.00 admin free before you move... in and also a 300.00 fee when you move out its in the lease. 550.00 for nothing. Please take my advice and look elsewhere or you will be sorry like i was. Also if you look at his bad reviews he alway says the same thing call or stop by. I tryed both and nothing got fixed. Also you will be charged for gate openers that you will never get because he will not fix the gate. Also people that don't live there always come fill the dumsters if gate was repaired that would stop. Just giving you a honest heads up before you think about moving in to one of his property's. There are alot better out there for the price.
