Don’t Rent

All units are in poor condition with termites and foundation issues. Nothing will be repaired. Leaking toilet and bathtub then charged for high water consumption after maintenance never fixed the leak. After you give them your money you will never be able to get in contact with management again. I have pictures of all the termites that would accumulate all over my new furniture daily.

Bad quality

They are very expensive for space. When something is damaged the administration turns a blind eye. They are rogue ... And the administration is irresponsible.

Peace

Great community, very clean and quite. I have been living here for one year and seen all the changes and improvement unfold before my eyes. Friendly people and an spacious apartment.
Office stuff is very friendly, work order gets done in a timely manor
And what I love most about the community it is a very quiet place and very safe to walk around any time of the day.

Affordable and clean. Everyone is helpful, located close by to all major highways. My apartment is updated very modern style.
