Don’t move here
I’ve been here for one year (had to renew for personal issues) and I can’t wait to leave. Management doesn’t care, they will tow your car immediately if there’s an issue with no warning and they don’t take accountability when something happens that’s not your fault. Worst choice moving here and I would NEVER recommend to ANYONE. Spend your money else where.

The worst
Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. They only give you one parking per tenant. They only have ONE garbage dump for the entire community so then there are issues where a there are trash bags all on the sidewalk. Then they’ll fine you if you leave the trash bag out in the open. They are so quick to fine you with simple things that you were not even aware was against policy and will not budge on waiving fines. They should use all the money they make from fines and add another dumpster.... Counting down the days my lease ends
