was one of the first residents in phase 1. since that time new residents are not taking care of the property.

4th floor elevator smells like dog urine every night after 10pm and the owner is well aware of the issue.

also need to schedule and coordinate pressure cleaning the garage.

Living here is amazing. You are literally living in the middle of everything. Whatever food you desire it’s probably in walking distance. The hospital been walking distance. Nail salons and walking distance. You need to walk your dog. I park across the street. City HALL walking distance. Post office walking distance. Bank walking distance. You can get to everything.
