Living here is great. We have only one complaint, and that’s the frequency with which the fire alarms go off. Otherwise, the experience has been very positive and we look forward to renewing our lease.

My apartment is beautiful. I love all the finishings and the pool is beautiful. There were some problems in the beginning with the wifi but they did address that. I’m happy here

I truly enjoy living here. The management team at Moderal is top-notch, and the staff does an excellent job of keeping the facility clean and well-maintained. I've also noticed that residents are improving in helping to keep the grounds clean and beautiful, which is great to see.

I don’t have any complaints about the staff, they’ve always been respectful and responsive. However, I believe some residents could be more considerate. It’s important to remember that this is a shared community, not a... private home. This especially applies to those with pets and children.

A little more kindness, politeness, and humility from everyone can go a long way in making this a better place for all of us.
