better options

Not dog friendly at all. No dog park or any grass to walk your dog for miles. So if you have an animal make sure they’re potty trained indoors or youre screwed. They charge 100 for the first car parking. If you have a studio or one bedroom you’re only permitted to have one car. Cannot have two due to spacing issues. You also pay for the electricity in the common areas as well as your own. The movie theater has a 40’ tv as its media tv. My personal tv is larger. The only plus about this place is... the gym is nice, the keyless entry is nice, and that’s about it
