I really love my experience at Modera. The staff, maintenance team, and front office are all amazing. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. The environment is great, the building is well maintained, and the location is absolutely amazing.
My only downside is the rent. Every time I renew my lease, it seems to go up by about $100 a month. I understand that the cost of living in the area continues to increase, but the constant rent increases can definitely become difficult to keep up… with.

Other than that, I genuinely love living here and appreciate the people and environment. I just wish there was a little more consideration for current residents when it comes to lease renewal increases.
