Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM with self check-in available via keypad. The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, with a $250 fine for violations. Smoking indoors incurs a $200 fine. Unregistered guests are not allowed without prior approval and fee. Guests are responsible for pet damage, and fees apply as specified by the host. An additional $75 cleaning fee applies for excessively dirty homes. Do not park inside the garage. Please load the dishwasher if you’ve used any dishes and leave the BBQ grill clean or be charged a $100 cleaning fee. Do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. Glassware is not permitted in or around the pool area. Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of children in the pool. Before you leave, throw away trash, lock up, and put dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. If items are missing, damaged, or stained, an extra fee may apply.
