Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM with self check-in available via keypad. The home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed, with a party violation resulting in a $250 fine. Smoking indoors is prohibited, with a smoking fee of $200 if violated. Guests are responsible for pet damage, and fees apply as specified by the host. An additional $75 cleaning fee applies for an excessively dirty home. Please load the dishwasher if you’ve used any dishes and leave the BBQ grill clean or be charged a $100 cleaning fee. Glassware is not permitted in or around the pool area, and guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of children in the pool. Before you leave, throw away trash, lock up, and put dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. If items are missing, damaged, or stained, an extra fee may apply.
