I wouldn’t
I rarely write negative reviews, but after months of trying to resolve these issues privately with management, I feel future tenants should know what living here is actually like.
The biggest problem is that building rules are simply not enforced. The pool is regularly used after hours even though it is clearly supposed to be closed. I have emailed management multiple times about this and nothing has been done.
Security is also extremely concerning. The front entrance is often left unlocked,... the directory system doesn’t work, and there are constantly unfamiliar people using the common areas. The building claims that Airbnb is not allowed, yet there are frequently random people using the amenities, especially the pool late at night.
On top of that, the elevators are frequently dirty and packages regularly go missing.
For the amount of rent residents pay here, basic safety, maintenance, and rule enforcement should not be this difficult. Management is aware of these problems and has not taken meaningful action to address them.
Prospective tenants should be aware of these ongoing issues before deciding to move in.
