Occupancy limits per the number stated in this listing are strictly enforced per city ordinance and full names (legal first and last names) of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation in the driveway. Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed. A $500 fine for violation. Violation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation. No parties, events, or gatherings. Any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining nights. A $500 fine for violation. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door or window. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given. We stock the initial supply of consumables (like toilet paper) and towels and linens based on the capacity of and sleeping arrangements in the unit. Additional consumables or towels and linens are available for an additional fee. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. Due to its size and weight, it can't be swiveled or moved. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Exterior cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts or apparatus. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. We are unable to store packages before or after a guest’s reservation. While we accept packages, please be aware that receiving USPS mail is not permitted. For any mail-related needs, we recommend utilizing local post offices or other available mailing services in the area.
