This is a non-smoking apartment. Any smoke smell or evidence of smoking inside will result in a complete loss of the security deposit. Guests are required to follow check-out instructions, including stripping beds, turning off electronics, and ensuring the apartment is left in the condition it was found. A $50 fee applies for key replacement and a $100 fee for garage remote or parking pass replacement.
