Bad bad bad bad. Overall bad experience. The front of house workers are insufferable and unhelpful. The street noise is bad. Our apartment perpetually leaked and had a tree fall on it due to a hurricane (which is not their fault), but then when we moved to a different building, that leaked also! We had mold in both places that they refused to seriously address. Rent is more expensive than it has reason to be for our pretty bad experience. Leasing agents attempted to charge us for a late checkout… since when we tried dropping off keys, the office was closed. It took two months to pay our move out fees since front of house refuses to do their job.

Maintenance workers were very nice, and the community had nice grassy grounds with big trees. It was honestly really nice to walk around the area. Read More

When we first moved in the place was called Ridgecrest Apartments. The office staff was very nice and helpful. Rent was an affordable price with water included.

Well shortly after we moved in they sold to a new owner. The office ladies are rude, they do not make you feel welcome. Not to mention during COVID they sent us all a letter telling us how the rent is still due at a certain date and you would still be charged a late fee if it wasn't collected on time. The rent also went up an un… reasonable amount for how big the apartment is (I rent a 2b 1b)...also they started charging water separately (by usage of you and your connecting neighbor). They never answer their office phone. The resident portal is a joke to say in the least. We will not be renewing our lease here...if you want to be looked down on like your scum then you would love renting from here! Read More

Management staff is unorganized and do things on their time. Huge bug problem!!!! Bugs have easy access to your home through HUGE gap in the back door and multiple cracks in the house. When you tell them about the bugs they will make it seem like you are just a nasty person and the bugs are your fault Their pest control is terrible. Watch out for outrages fees when moving out. Maintance does not do a good job with repairs. Do not recommend anyone to stay here.

These apartments are beautiful, well maintained and the staff is very nice. The issue I have with this complex is if you have visitors. You have to have a plaque to go in the window of your visitor's car. If for some reason you forget, the car will be towed at a cost of $125 - cash. The staff at the complex can do nothing, or they elect to do nothing to assist you no matter the situation. BEWARE OF THE COMPLEX AND THEIR PARKING PRACTICES.
