The complex does not keep the landscape up. Went for over three months without even cutting the grass. Trash is left building up at dumpsters (cited by City of Deland) and the grass seldom gets mowed with trash laying all over the grounds and leaves six inches deep in the parking lot. The hallways are filthy with lint, leaves etc. in the buildings and cats, squirrels, etc. rummaging just outside the doors. The one "pond" on the property is strewn with garbage. Had my car towed because it was backed in but there were no notices or signs at that time. I was a visitor, I did not live there, it's not my job to be informed nor the tenant's job to inform me of that rule that was unwritten at that time. This place is guaranteed to treat you like trash especially if you live there. Nobody there deserves the incompetence of those office workers. The building is always closed and they never take calls or return emails.

I give this property five stars because of the excellent staff and team members we have, they are new management; very cooperative and understanding, and most of all they take checks which is very convenient for those residents such as myself; not running around each month getting money orders to pay for the rent losing extra money. Maintenance workers are on point if you need anything fixed in your unit once you put your order in they're here immediately I've lived here 20 years and I love it... .
