Lyn Village

I currently live at Lynn Village, I have lived here for almost two years.When it was under the old management it sucked!! Nothing ever got fixed when you reported it, and it did it was always your fault it broke.The old maintenance person would stand in the pool area and throw a temper tantrum, "just like a child" if he found something wrong.He just made it feel like we as the residents,were living on his property as free loaders.When they finely gotten replaced with new mangers,I can not... believe the difference living here.It dose not feel like a prison any longer. David and Kathryn are fantastic, hard working people. They talk to us and not at us! David, has gotten more done in my apartment and around the property then the last so called mangers did in the 6 years they ran this place.It really is a nice place to live NOW!!

I've been living at these apartments for over a year now. I really enjoy living here. Every issue we've had has been dealt with quickly. We had some plumbling issues,(because the building is from the 70s) and they got fixed right away! The managers are very nice. It is located right across the street from a pizza place, family dollar, post office, gym, Walgreen's and only 2 blocks away from downtown DeLand. The grounds are kept green, beautiful and clean.
