Great community!!!!

I have been here for 3 years, and I absolutely love this community. The leasing office, Amber and Solange, is truly amazing. The maintenance supervisor is always attending to requests immediately. You never have to wait more than an hour. The community is always clean and well-kept. I really love the outdoor BBQ kitchen area. The fact that it's clean and well kept we can grill out anytime and have friends and family to entertain. The community is close to everything and still hidden away, so… it's very quiet. That is what we love most; this community is quiet and well-kept. Amber and Solange, the staff that works in the leasing office, are such a blessing; they are always so helpful and always nice to everyone every day. I would highly recommend Blu Atlantic. I know I will not be leaving!!!

Best place to live

Blu Atlantic is a wonderful place to live. It’s quiet and peaceful. Neighbors and staff are truly amazing! Maintenance is always on top of everything that is needed. The community is always clean and the leasing office always keeps the residents up to date with everything going on from reminders to events. Absolutely love Blu Atlantic! It’s the place to live!

Very thankful

My now husband and I moved into Blu Atlantic Apartments in 2019, and looking back, it was so much more than just an apartment—it was our home during some of the most important years of our lives.

We truly grew here. We celebrated milestones, built our life together, and created memories that we’ll always cherish. From the very beginning, the experience was nothing short of wonderful. The management team has always been kind, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Anytime we had a question… or needed assistance, they were quick to help and genuinely cared about their residents.

The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the sense of community made it easy to feel at home. It’s rare to find a place where you feel valued as a resident, but Blu Atlantic consistently provided that experience for us.

As we move on to this next chapter of our lives, we’ll always look back on our years at Blu Atlantic with gratitude and fond memories. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our first home together such a special place. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Excellent Apartments

We have been living at Blu Atlantic Apartment Homes for almost three years, and our family has truly enjoyed the experience. The apartment homes are beautiful, the service team is always helpful and responsive, and the overall community atmosphere has been wonderful. We have also met some amazing neighbors during our time here. Overall, we highly recommend Blu Atlantic to anyone looking for a great place to call home.
