Victoria Palms Dunedin

This property is not a good option. Mold in the walls, leaking roofs, inoperable pool and security gates, one treadmill and weights which is hardly a gym, no ground maintenance, high HOA fees and thousands of dollars in special assessments several times a year. No payment plans! Horrible choice in apartment living.

Delightful Dunedin

I live in a gated community that is walking distance to downtown Dunedin. There is so much to do here. It is pet frendly for dogs & cats, it has a nice pool, club house &n gym. It is well maintained & the staff is always accommodating.
