Quite and clean
Never from all the years I have been living here have i ever complained about noise, the only noise there ever is are the lawnmowers when they cut the grass. The manager really nice, she's never rude and does her job right. The maintenance guy is also very respectful so I don't worry about him coming into my apartment. The manager always has little fun things to do for everyone like: bingo, mini parties and other things. Overall this place is great. I would give it a 9/10 :)

Rosemont Manor Apartments
Love Elaine (property manager) and love Dennis (maintenance. They are just great! Apartments are nice and property is well maintained. Convenient to Publix, Winn Dixie, CVS, Walgreens. Any time something needs repaired, it is taken care of within 24 hours. Rent a little on high side for older folks but still like it here. Been here for 3 years.

Rosemont Manor
Rosemont manor is a nice plain little apartment complex, it is income based housing. I love it here because the rent is affordable and it isnt a bad area at all! Theres 2 laundry mats here and the manager is a really nice lady.
