No indoor smoking is permitted, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors; a $500 fine will be incurred for any violation. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check out time is 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and a late 12 PM check out fee is paid prior to 10 PM the night before check out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video.
