Guests must adhere to certain booking criteria, including age restrictions of 25 years old and above and verification processes. The person booking must be the one staying, and local guests are not allowed. Guests are expected to maintain noise levels and adhere to house rules, including no parties or illegal substances. Security cameras are installed in exterior spaces for added safety. Tropical insects are endemic to our area, and while regular preventative pest control is in place, it's possible that insects might sneak inside. Please help us keep them out by keeping windows and doors closed and storing food appropriately. The apartment features an equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils, but no cooking condiments are provided. There is only one designated area for trash disposal in our building, located on the first floor outside of the building. Leaving trash in hallways or other areas will incur a $150 fee.
