Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. There is a $1000 fine for smoking inside the house. There are five outdoor cameras and two sound level detection devices on the property. The cameras are located in the entryway by the front door, the entryway of the garage, inside the garage, the entryway of the side patio door, the side patio walkway, and the backyard pool area. The sound level detection devices are located on each level of the house. One is attached to the ceiling in the kitchen area and another in the ceiling of the second floor hallway near the laundry room. Please only use the east side of the building, including the driveway. Please do not mess or tamper with any cabinets or storage chests with locks on them. They are only to be used by the cleaning crew for restocking.
