Smoking is allowed outside on the patio or outside of the home, with an automatic smoke remediation fee of $1000 for any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Any unauthorized occupants will incur a $500 violation fee for occupancy of 11-15 people, or an $800 violation fee for occupancy of 16-22 people.
