Background Check: Clean criminal and eviction history background check required for all adult occupants.
Pet Policy: Pets welcome! Small to medium, well-behaved pets considered on a case-by-case basis (subject to owner approval and breed restrictions). A $300 non-refundable pet fee applies, plus an additional $25/month pet rent per pet.
Utilities: Tenant is responsible for electricity. A flat utility fee of $95/month will be added to the base rent to cover the unit's shared portion of the master city municipal account (Water, Sewer, and Trash).
