I am moving our of Ft. Lauderdale, and (regrettably!) need to find someone to take over my lease for the amazing studio apartment I have occupied for over the... past 5 months. The lease ends on June 15, 2019.

**About the Room**
Built in 2015, this studio has a fantastic view of the sunrise in the mornings, balcony, in-house washer and dryer, a large central space with a sectioned off room (it makes a perfect movie room), and many other comforts of a well designed and well kept living space.

**Parking**
Parking is very safe, free, and abundant in the garage attached to the building. It's maybe a 15 second walk to the garage from the room,

**Furnishings?**
We can discuss furnishings for the apartment. Since I'm moving quite a distance, I am willing to sell a number of pieces of the furniture for very reasonable prices.

**Management**
The apartment complex, The Manor at Flagler village, has great, friendly management who I've only ever had good experiences with.

**Around the Area**
There's a great Cuban cafe, Colada, just downstairs, as well as a bar, Brass Tap (trivia Tues/Thurs night). Just across the street are a number of great restaurants and a Fresh Market for very easy grocery trips. It's a 10 minute walk to a number of interesting areas in Flagler village, including Glitch Bar and the 27 Bar.
