Bayview Regency Apartments

I rented an apartment from the Bayview Regency for my trip to Fort Lauderdale. Upon entering the apartment, the smell of smoke was unbearable. The kitchen had mold and dried grease everywhere. The bathrooms were dirty and the floor had what looked to be dead bugs in the corners. The pictures posted were a total misrepresentation and extremely deceptive. I called immediately and they are giving me trouble with a refund. All I can say is BEWARE!!!!!!

no cold water in kitchen. very dirty windows. The bathroom had painted tile that is peeling off grout is falling out, bathtub drain very slow-pluged not clean. pool area was never cleaned except garbage can and pool was vacumed. exterior was run down - kitchen run down-out dated

Location, is great! Meets my wife & I
Needs. Would like to get into a two
Bedroom, but being on a fixed salary
We can only afford 1 Bedroom. Retired early due to Health issue!
Apartments need up grading! Security could be improved. Would also like second floor! But considering
The area it's not bad. If any problem
Arises the management takes care
Immediately.
