Property looks amazing and the new manager Katia is on top of everything. Property is very clean and has a new paint job and the gates just got fixed.

I've been here for a few years now. Not too long ago now the management and owners changed here. Change is good! This place is improving as quickly as it can from owners who may may not have cared as much as the new ones do. Judith is very professional and handles any issues at a reasonable time. I'm lucky in the fact that my neighbors do respect each others right to peaceful times. My only complaint is having to pay rent! Judith the property manager is such an amazing woman! What a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to help me get into a unit, She was so accommodating, and so sweet to my children. The property is so beautiful, they keep it clean and maintain the landscape very well. The units are renovated with new flooring and updated kitchens. Just minutes away from the heart of downtown, its such a perfect location! What a blessing that I stumbled upon this place!

come visit here and walk around by yourself and here’s what you’ll see. 1. Trash everywhere. Garbage truck comes Wednesday morning yet garbage that was overflowing are left behind. Nobody will pick it up. Raccoons and stray cats go after the bags, the wind blows and now trash all over the parking lots. roaches come back.. this is all over the property so don’t think it’s 1 building that has this problem.
2. Gates at the complex has not worked for years.. ask about it and they will tell you, we… are working on it. They been “working” on it for years with 3 different property management in 3 years.
3. Homeless people walk all through the complex for that reason stated above with the gates. Drug deals. Fights. Etc all happen in here. They have cameras in the office as well but nothing is being done about it.
4. If you have a nice car or kids be very careful.. trust me.
5. There’s hardly ever any parking here and you might have to park elsewhere and walk to you building from another building.
6. They will leave letters on your doors about maintenance coming to do inspections but nobody will ever show up. EVER!
7. Laundry room is always a mess or surrounded by a bunch of people “hanging out” in front of the door. Basically looks like a club let out at night if you try to go do laundry. Go early in the morning while everyone sleeping
8. Sleeping? Good luck with that. You can’t sleep sometimes with the parties or loud music or fighting that goes on here. Walls are extra thin, doors are right next to each other so you can hear everything. And for some strange reason people like to fight at crack of dawn so good luck on sleeping in.
There’s definitely more to talk about this wonderful apartment but believe me when I tell you go somewhere else unless you don’t care about living in a horrible place while the rent goes up again.. if you don’t believe me, come visit here after 5pm and definitely come walk around on the weekends and see for yourself.
