Great place to live! From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by friendly neighbors and a genuine sense of community. The building is well-maintained—common areas are clean, hallways are bright, and maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. My unit is comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of natural light and efficient appliances that make daily life easy. Storage space is adequate, and the quiet layout means I rarely hear noise from neighboring units.

Too many smokers around our unit. We had to clean cigarette butts from our balcony. One damaged our outdoor table. Love dogs but some people don't pick up after their pets on the sidewalks.

Smoking is not permitted in the community, and cigarette butts... should never be thrown from balconies. We kindly ask that you work with our leasing office so we can help identify where the smoking may be coming from around your unit and address the issue directly. Our goal is to ensure everyone can enjoy their home comfortably.
We also want to remind all residents to be respectful of shared spaces and to always clean up after their pets. Maintaining a clean and welcoming community is something we all share responsibility for.
Please feel free to contact the leasing office so we can look into this further and assist you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

All is good. Location is perfect. Very clean and neat. Very friendly personnel and supportive neighbors. Complex has own marina, which is very convenient for boat owners.
