Management matters
Since Cushman & Wakefield took over management at EON Flagler Village, the quality of life has dropped significantly.
The garage doors are often broken, allowing anyone to walk in from the garage — there’s no real building security. Elevators break down regularly and have been out for weeks or months at a time.
Amenities are in terrible condition:
• The pool was cold all winter and never fixed,
• Grills haven’t worked for months,
• EV charging station breaks almost daily,
• Gym equipment... like stationary bikes are broken and ignored,
• The garage and outdoor areas are dirty, with trash, stains, and dog urine left unattended.
Maintenance requests are constantly marked as “completed” even when nothing is fixed. The only time things get done is after formal complaints by email — and even then, only partially.
We sent an official letter to the management office on April 28, 2025, and have received no response as of May 31.
If you’re considering moving here — don’t. The building looks nice, but it’s run poorly and you’ll be paying for amenities you can’t use.
