Trash pick up
Untagged or unuseable cars
Parking in the grass.
Too many people living in apartments
Need more washers and dryers. All these people wash 24/7.. can't ever find it not in use, can't do mine. Have to go to Laundromat for that

Overall, you're all talk, but no actions.

Beautiful, but there’s a leak in the ceiling! The unit is lovely and I’m sure this will be fixed expeditiously, but there is a leak in the roof that has caused water to enter my unit and a crack in the ceiling due to the water damage.
