How Is This Rating Determined?

Customer Service

The property is cluttered and the parking is very tight. The signage is very small and not very visible. The gentle in the leasing office has -0 personality and not very friendly when showing the property. If you don't ask a question he will not say anything. In the customer industry especially a leasing office for a new complex you may want to get more a better representative for your property.

I am big on first impression and this one not a good one.

On the other hand the units were okay.
