Marina Oaks

I have been living in Fort Lauderdale for a while; however, I have never heard about Marina Oaks in Fort Lauderdale! A bartender at an establishment on the beach told me about this place, and I decided to check out Marina Oaks.

It is a friendly community with upgraded condos for rent; it is almost a hidden gem. I met with Mike, and he showed me a super clean and ungraded 2/2 that I signed a 1yr lease instantly. I just moved in, and my experience has been worthy of sending Mike, my landlord, and... Marina Oaks management a big thank you for making the move-in process go smoothly.

We love living at Marina Oaks because they conduct background checks and require good credit scores. The following system helps attract respectable tenants that are friendly and keeps Marina Oaks a safe community. Horrible. Do not live here. They're never in the office to help you. God forbid you have any issues in your apartment because they are never around. they literally refused to help us ("it's not our problem") Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live because this complex is a dump.

We have been here for four years and it's nice and located in a great area. Close to the airport and about 10-15 minutes away from everything else. The grounds could be better maintained and the complex management could be more effective. We requested some street lamps to be changed five months ago and have asked four or five times since then and it still hasn't been completed. Beautiful pool and nice tennis courts- if you're looking for a nice gym in your complex, this isn't the place.
