Since the new management came in they have been working on improving everything from tenants needs right down to an appearance refresh.

stay away

New management has destroyed the property. There is mold growing throughout the building, people are stuck with Dehumidifiers in their apartments with no resolve. The issue was featured on the local news, for fact checking purposes.

There is little to no communication from the office. I understand they are probably overwhelmed with everything being thrown at them.

In addition, the garbage chute backs up every weekend and there will be garbage and flies in the hallways.

It’s really sad what... it’s turned into, this was truly an amazing place to live. I hope they can turn it around.

New management seems to be struggling. Communication isn’t as good. The gate sensor to get into the garage isn’t great. They need ti get electronic payments set up since getting a cashier’s check is a chore within it’s self.
