Horrible management

Terrible. The trash sits in the walkways for days. Stinks and environmental hazard.

Mold inside apartment.

The a/c vent are dirty, and clothes drier is old and filters need to be clean.
The maintenance people from the complex was supposed to schedule a vent and filters cleaning for my apartment, but they never scheduled anything.

Wonderful Home!

It was a very comfortable and relaxing home. I loved it. I felt very safe and convenient in a great location easy access to everything: stores, highway, market, mall. It has a great customer service and maintenance. Absolutely recommended to all! Thank you Colonnade!!
