Smoking
I have lived at Resia for about two months. The onboarding process was smooth, and my initial visit left a positive impression. The building is new and the apartments are well-designed with thoughtful layouts.
Unfortunately, my experience since moving in has been disappointing. The community is advertised as smoke-free, but the policy does not appear to be consistently enforced. Smoke odors frequently enter my apartment from nearby units and common areas, which has been an ongoing concern.
I... hope management is able to address this issue so the community can better reflect the smoke-free environment that was advertised.
