Tides at Bridgeside Square

Noise from the restaurants next door is crazy loud. They have employees, cooks, dishwashers, etc. out in the parking lots yelling and screaming at each other for hours at 11 to 12 at night almost every night. They have several employees with muscle cars and headers that like to drag race for all of 100 yards up and down the road in from of the building. Why?
