Living in Paradise

It was my pleasure to meet Yollanda and Samantha from the beginning to the end like kindergarten. so lovely, amazing and helpful. They walked me through the property, made me feel like I was already part of the community. Wound recommend this property to anyone looking for a warm welcoming community. Spoke to management to say how well Samantha the leasing agent look care of setting up my apartment. Yollanda was the best, anything that Samantha didn't know she was there in a heartbeat to help.

Great place to call home!!

The Promenade is a great place to call home. Not having family in the state I know I can count on the office staff to help me with any problems I may encounter. Maintenance responds quickly. Safety is a top priority to me and I’ve never had a problem. Neighbors are quiet and polite. When I moved back to Fort Myers 4 years ago this complex was on the top of my list to move into.

Home!

I have lived at the complex for over 8 years. The amenities, landscaping, tranquil setting and attentive staff make it a perfect place to call home.
I appreciate the respect my apartment is given when maintenance enters. The staff at the office is friendly and accommodating.

Lived there two years

This “gated” community is a complete waste of your time. They have been working on roofs for over a year now. Very disruptive and many shady people around. I had packages stolen on many occasions. The apartments are outdated and every single appliance we had, had to be replaced or fixed during the duration of our lease. They raise the rent significantly every year and tack on extra fees. The valet trash was maybe picked up a hand full of times. Extremely disappointed in the move out process.... Don’t even give this place your time of day. Beware.

Lovely

I just moved in on 8/11. The office staff were extremely helpful during the whole process. Jennifer, Rachel, and Lisa have made my transition pretty seamless. Met the maintenance team today, professional and friendly. Thanks Robby! My apartment is beautiful and I can't wait to finish unpacking.
