Excellent Communication Thank you for the hard work of this team. I can be a pushy resident but it denotes that I care as well for my beautiful apartment. Thank you for keeping the hallways sparkling clean. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
Thank you for fixing the electrical problem of the breaker that was disrupting the function of the refrigerator. Our community is beautiful and I am very happy living here with a peaceful mind.
The team that came to fix the breaker - very... respectful. Kuddos to them.

Friendly, informative, but property needs maintenance. The people were nice and friendly and informative. The office, gym and pool look very nice. It’s when you look the rest of the common areas, like the hallways, and pay attention to the details. The property needs paint. The units are nice.

HVAC Issue We could hear the air running but no air was coming out. Maintenance came out quickly and fixed the problem. Great staff.
