Terrible Move-In Experience and Maintenance
More than three weeks after move-in, my family and I still cannot fully settle in due to unresolved maintenance issues that should have been fixed before the lease was signed. We found mold behind kitchen cabinets, damaged cabinets glued instead of replaced, spray paint left on the stove, a broken bathroom door, unfinished repairs marked "completed," damaged screens, a dryer with a burnt smell, cockroaches, and billing issues. The only repair done correctly was the A/C, completed by an outside... HVAC company after maintenance broke it, leaving us without A/C for over 7 days. Despite photos, emails, and a certified letter to corporate, issues remain unresolved. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and no accountability. Not worth the rent.
