Orchid Run is amazing so far.

If you're looking for an awesome manager to go with a property that’s equally everything you need/want, this is the place. My experience with Morgan (Manager) was amazing and the property and the movie theatre are all that. Great place to call home and I'm look forward to settling in and taking advantage of the amazing amenities and beautiful climate.

Great Community!!

Love the community, the area and my apartment!! They really take care of the premises and are quick to fix any issues. Just renew my lease for a second year!!

Declining Rapidly

This is my 13 month living here.
- The gates in our "gated community" have been broken greater than 10 of these months.
- I saw a dead rat by our mailboxes two mornings ago.
- The TVs in the workout room have been non-working now for weeks.
- I personally scooped up 3 dead frogs in the pool yesterday.
- Theres now tacky plastic posters advertising the community posted on our fences.
KEEP LOOKING for the price (oh and the "upgraded" carpets, are just basic carpet.
