They Don't Return Phone Calls, text messages or emails

I am/was a potential resident but for days upon days they won't return phones, emails or text messages. The office is closed to the public due to COVID and they won't answer the phone. Very disappointing

Poorly managed

This place is poorly managed, have a German roach infestation and maintenance that doesn’t fix anything. New policy in 2020 has residents personal cars and guest cars being towed without warning

Don't live here

Past management didn't protect you or rip you off, meaning you might get robbed but at least you knew what rent would be. Present management might protect you while you sleep, but they keep increasing the prices of everything without replacing anything! I'm done!

Last night four... (Verified Renter)

Last night four high powered rifle shots heard in or behind the woods. Last week machine gun fired in or behind woods directly behind our building. #6 second stair on left. Also a neighbor Named Precious threatened to beat me up then my seven year old up 1 year ago. I called cops and reported it to Monica yet she is still living at Westwood.
