Green Oaks Place

I’ve had 3 leaks from the upstairs unit & noise disturbances since week 2. After 9 days, someone came to only take pictures, of the 3rd leak. They disregarded the first 2 & yet still no one has came to dry the walls & make sure no mold is growing. Unfortunately all 3 leaks happened during the weekend & they expressed they don’t have anyone to come out (on call) yet they have a maintenance worker that resides on the property. Hell no one ever came after the fact during the week to inspect &... address accordingly. Management are rude & inconsistent. When noise ordnance’s & leak on their responsibilities (breach of contract). My neighbors wake us up at all times of the night & because prior tenants never complained, I was pretty much called a liar & we’re still being woken up. I now have Fort Pierce Department involved. Why did it have to get this far? I have text messages, videos & pictures and still nothing. If I had the money to move, I would!! The market it tough & that’s why we ended up here unfortunately. Let me first start by saying they have stainless steel appliances, new flooring, nice colors through out the apartment. But...
I just moved in and things that were supposed to be done we’re not not. Even after moving and I was told someone will be in to fix them, they still are not ( been here 2 weeks). It’s been over a week and an electrician hasn’t shown up, it’s been five days and the plumber has yet to arrived. Forced to do dishes in the bathtub, because the kitchen sink leaked and had to... turn off the water because no one has fixed it yet. I reached out and was told to “have patience.” Seems they were in a hurry to get “the right renters in “ but low to get apartment issues addressed. Complex is nice but the property manager is rude and nasty and often forgets that someone paid rent and calls around the complex asking if we paid rent or not needs help keeping up with her books.

Great place to live complex is not too big neighbors are friendly owners are super friendly and will fix something immediately if it needs to be without hesitation. I leaved their seven years and looking to relocate back to Fort Pierce from Indian River County and if I could I would move back to Green Oaks.
