Overall I have still had a pretty positive experience. Since I moved in I think the upkeep of the property has declined a bit but that may be due to more people moving in.

I am excited to be moving into noble on newberry soon. The amenities are nice and I love how quiet it is on the property! The property managers are kind and welcoming as well.

Noble on Newberry is a visually appealing apartment complex with a resort-like atmosphere. While I enjoy living here, I have some concerns. The walls are thin, so noise travels easily, and being on the first floor near the entrance makes it hard to sleep with the loud doors. Dealing with roaches is frustrating, and I’ve noticed that things, like the wall paint, chip or break too easily.
I chose this apartment for the enclosed security, but residents propping the doors open is disappointing. The... parking and dumpster setups are subpar, and the lack of printer access is puzzling; we have to email documents for printing. WiFi can be unreliable, and trash valet has been inconsistent. I know these issues stem from property management rather than the staff, who are friendly and responsive. It often feels like we're paying for aesthetics without the conveniences that justify the high rent.

Nice place to live. The common spaces are very necesito. The área is so calm and far of the bussy activities. The peole is so Kindle. The apartments has nice finished.
