Poor management

I love the maintenance guys but the front office and management ABSOLUTELY SUCKS they are attempting to evict me a month before my lease is up after paying over $3,500 in move in fees and deposits they are attempting to evict me and keep my move in fees 11 months into my lease. They will lock you out of your rental portal and block you from attempting to pay your rent even if you are only weeks behind in rent how am I supposed to pay my rent when I’m locked out of my portal. I’ve reached out to… the office numerous times without response when they did respond they wouldn’t allow me to pay my rent told me to contact they attorney. It’s September my lease is up in October I’ve paid 11 months of rent and now they are evicting me for being behind one months rent after attempting to pay the remaining of my lease off they still are not willing to help me economy is bad times are hard. Run from this place they don’t care about you only about your money.

Overall, the apartment community itself is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful, but there are some dead leaves, and too many spider webs in my hallway, and two doors (a utility door and an apartment door) look dirty. But my unit is very nice: clean, modern, and spacious. I love it!

I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and I really enjoy how peaceful and comfortable it feels. The apartment itself is very nice, and the overall environment makes it feel like home.

The Apartments are nice. The swimming pool that is at the complex is wonderful very relaxing & enjoying with the children.

There are some improvements that need to be done inside the apartment and outside the apartment.
