We are responding even though this review occurred prior to the new ownership and management which took over a few months ago.

First of all, we would agree with you. The location is AMAZING!! If you work at Shands or any of the medical facilities… around there, you’ll have no need for a car. You’re a 5-minute walk from where you need to be.

Secondly, you’re right again. Upon purchasing the property, we were aware that the prior ownership had neglected to take care of the property in a manner in which we are accustomed.
That is why we are in the process of a major renovation including:
1. Exterior Painting and building re-design
2. Remodeled pool and pool area including brick pavers, new
furniture, and new fencing
3. Completely re-vamped fitness center with all NEW equipment
including treadmills, bikes, rowers, ellipticals, free weights,
cables, and a designated stretching area with mats, medicine
balls, and more.
4. Re-designed and re-landscaped Courtyard area which will be a
relaxing spot to hang out with your friends or just read a book.
5. Re-modeled Laundry Room—We are in the process of adding all
NEW card-operated washers and dryers. No more lost or
jammed coins! Oh yeah, we’re adding hot water tanks as well!!
Did I mention the new flooring, paint, lighting, and plumbing
upgrades?

We agree with you that nothing is worse than stinky carpet, especially as you are just moving into a new apartment. That is why we are extremely excited about our UPGRADED APARTMENTS! Please come and take a look at how nice these are. You’ll be impressed. Read More
